'Future Fit – Improving Business Efficiencies', is a morning workshop that will be held at the East Sussex National, Uckfield on Wednesday 20 November, that invites a variety of innovative speakers to engage with companies that seek to keep ‘future fit’.
Developed by a partnership of Sussex Chamber of Commerce, Locate East Sussex and Wealden District Council, the event will be covering all aspects for short term and long-term efficiencies in business and office planning, managing finances and health and wellbeing of both business owners and their employees.

‘Future Fit’ will show businesses that are already successful that there is always room for improvement and that running a business in a smarter way can have a huge impact on bottom-line profit and growth. Business owners can discover that by making even small incremental changes, they can transform productivity - from managing business processes more effectively to maintaining a healthy working environment.
