Cohub, Eastbourne

Opposite Eastbourne station for easy access to London, Brighton, Hastings and Ashford.

Hot desking included. Operating 24/7 adjacent to Eastbourne station, Cohub is a community of independent and remote workers, with a bright, open-plan co-working space, variously sized desks, social events and a great open-plan kitchen.

From occasional use to dedicated hot-desking, with parking as an extra benefit for £20 a month.

Space2Make, Nr Tunbridge Wells

From £15 - £30 a day


Space2make is a creative hub, housed in a 22,000ft late victorian factory offering flexible spaces for every stage of your project or process, ranging from office desk space to full workshop facilities.

Space2make provides options to suit your individual creative needs. Studio spaces, workshop spaces, and desk spaces are available for hire on a daily or weekly basis all with access to fully equipped wood workshops, metal workshops, paint space, CNC Routing, Laser Cutting & 3d Printing Technologies.

Communal spaces include a meeting room (Additional fee payable) kitchen and toilet facilities. They also have larger open spaces that can be hired for events or exhibitions on a short-term basis.

Newhaven Enterprise Centre, Newhaven

From £25 a day

Situated on a prominent site on Denton Island, the Newhaven Enterprise Centre benefits from close proximity to Brighton, Lewes and Eastbourne thanks to good transport links and its location near Newhaven railway station.

Experience our cost effective co-working office space for £195 per month (including all utilities, service charge, telephone and access to hi-speed wi-fi). You will also have access to kitchen areas, breakout space, meeting rooms and parking.

We are also able to offer hot desking at £25 per day or, for those requiring more privacy, office day hire (suitable for 2 people) at £35 per day.

Old Town Cafe

At the centre of Eastbourne Old Town Community, Old Town Cafe offers hot-desking facilities on the top floor of a busy cafe, with easy access to Waitrose and only a fifteen-minute walk from Eastbourne train station.
