Turnover at East Sussex Top-50 company Hanover hits £40m mark

Official sponsors of Premiership Football side Brighton and Hove Albion, Hanover Displays has hit a major milestone as new accounts reveal revenue has climbed to £40.9m.

Lewes-based Hanover Displays is a high-growth company supplying LED display technology for the global transport industry, with over 25 years of experience and numerous industry awards.

This philosophy has helped the company grow to where it is today, a successful, global business based in East Sussex with offices worldwide and a customer base spanning over 75 countries. The company also has sales and service centres in Hong Kong, New Zealand, the Middle East and the Americas. In addition, the company has subsidiaries in France, Italy, Spain, Australia, USA & Oman.

Other than LED signs, Hanover produces a variety of other passenger information systems utilising the latest in LCD and voice synthesis technology.
 

Pre-tax profits also surged to £6.2m from £3.8m
 

Virtually all manufacturing is done in-house, having recently re-shored the production of its printed circuit boards (PCB) from Malaysia back to the UK, which means that Hanover regularly delivers high volume orders with minimal lead-time at competitive prices.
