Hotel and restaurant lined up for Bexhill Enterprise Park
Marston's, the UK's leading independent and pub retailing business, has announced it is to develop a pub/restaurant and 43-bedroom lodge hotel at Bexhill Enterprise Park, tentatively called Smuggler's Lantern.
Covering nearly four acres, Bexhill Enterprise Park will front onto the Combe Valley Way near the central roundabout and the near-completed High Weald House offices and Park Holidays UK's offices Glovers House.
Marston's is aiming to create around 58 jobs once established, looking to seek 'high-quality design and utilise local materials, where appropriate'.
